The Miss Rebel Wish List Post

Okay so I'm a biggie on Pintrest at looking for outfit ideas for work, shopping trips or outfit posts.
Even my actual real life (yes not everything is virtual you' know) Pin board is full of outfit inspo, make up and hair ideas.
But lately I've not been inspired by any of these, they've all become to seem like the same old stuff so I took to the big o' wide web and decided I will create a few wish lists. Now knowing me and my spending habits most of this stuff probably won't be on a wish list for more than a month as I may have already bought it. (Yes I can hear my debit card crying, trying to nestle itself tight into my purse)

So where was the first place I thought I'd take a look at well...

I found Miss Rebel online, I am pretty 99% sure I have a dress from them already but do you think I can find it in the depths of my dressing room nope. All I can presume is it is a summer dress and now been packed away in one of those lovely lavender vacuum bags. (Really those bags are incredible!)

So as it is Autumn my favourite season of them all and I love to throw caution to the wind in my outfit choices. I decided to look to buy things together for once (shock horror I know!!) so I am about to create I'll say three autumn looks.
I'm aiming one for work, one for day time (shopping probably) and one for a night out look.
(wish me good luck in narrowing this down on this incredible site of wonderful clothes)

1. Work Outfit, as an admin assistant and receptionist I have to look presentable all the time but as only a small company and with what we base in I do have to make sure not to wear anything clear cut white or expensive. (unless I want to dice with getting black stains on it!).
This outfit would be perfect and suits my general work style. Starting from the left we have the two toned black banded dress, with its midi style its suitable for the office and the black lengthened band tones down the brightness of the red. I love this dogtooth printed duster coat it's casual but can work with any outfit to make it seem well put together and fashionable.
This is a simple black bag with what looks like gold/rose gold detailing, no one needs an over the top bag for work but this will carry your dry shampoo and purse easily. Of course when in an office environment every woman needs a simple cut black blazer but I really like the little slit cut out to show off the collar bones.

 2. Day outfit or shopping as I like to call it. It's autumn now and no autumn wardrobe is complete without at least one fluffy jumper, but this one has the added cuteness of being cropped! I love jeans with a lighter denim wash going through them, I find it just helps make my twigs look a bit more curved. Another duster coat and this tartan red print is gorgeous! I love the basic cut and really want to add this one to my collection when I have a bit of money. I'm one who doesn't like taking the average 'shopper' bag when out I just find it wayyyy too heavy and arm killing. So I like a nice strap over bag that I can also swing across me if I'm wandering into a pick pocket zone too is good. Black of course is easy to pair up with anything and the rose gold studs add a bit of glamour and almost rock-chick esque look.

4. Night out. I am slightly gutted that miss Rebel don't have heels because this perfect outfit could go with gold or lace heels! This rose print dress can be dressed up or dressed down which is what I love about it. The cut is not too low and is flattering for the smaller girls.
Fur jackets are so in right now (again) I have a knee length one already but would love this smaller version to pair with high waisted jeans on shopping days. The rose gold diamante bag adds a bit of glitz and girly-ness to the outfit and perfect for any night out to a club or bar because it's not in your face glitz.

Barry M 7 shades palette

I didn’t own anything Barry M and I was currently not getting on with my current eyeshadow palette. So when I noticed buy one get one half price in Boots for Barry M Palette’s I took my opportunity and ran with it.

There was three to choose from I didn't choose the other basically because it was very similar colours to what I already owned with my current palette so these are the two I chose.

Summer Love Shadow & Glow Palette.
The packaging is simple and elegant, very easy to open and hold. Unlike others which can be clumpy and heavy, too big to hold in one hand and those plastic clasps! what a nightmare!
The back has the basic Ingredients listing and a short bio of what is in the palette.

“Create a soft, summery look with these 6 pretty pastel eye shadows and dewy highlighter”

Inside the Flip cardboard lid is a rather generous nicely sized mirror. I personally can fit the whole of my eyebrows, eyes and almost to the tip of my nose in the mirror. Brilliant cause I hate those ones that only see the eyes.
Two double ended applicators sit comfortably in their little cut out, I don't use these but its great to know that if I did put it in my handbag to retouch and lost/forgot my brush I don't have to use my fingers.
There are 6 slim but tall eyeshadow shades and one reasonable sized highlighter in a line. The shades are very pigmented, soft and glittery, but without that glitter overload that ends up down your face and you find small glitter patches throughout the day glimmering on your nose/cheeks.

I have only worn three of the colours but I have tried them all, I love the grey colours (obviously) as those and black are the most used eyeshadow colours I wear together. But the light green and pink are cute and girly so I have occasionally worn them separately when I felt like adding a bit of colour to my eyes but not enough for stares.
I haven’t tried the blush mostly because I’m a bit scared of it, in all honestly I don’t know how to use it, Like how much do I put on and where? I see so many girls use it but I never see how it works as camera doesn’t exactly pick up that little highlight. So if anyone has a blog post on how to use highlighter then please send the link my way!!!

Smokin’ hot shadow & blush palette
The packaging is exactly the same as above just in a simple black and pink font. I think it works it reminds me of a palette I would defiantly pick up for a night out.

“Create a smokin’ hot look with these 6 smouldering eye shadows and hot peach blush”

Inside is almost identical, with two double ended applicators and the 6 thin eye shadows. They start from lightest to darkest and then one very pink and frankly scary looking blush. Now personally I like my blushes like my make-up there and visible but with almost a hint of it could be natural. Not like a child used a crayon on my face!!.
In this palette I have only used the Glittery black and the two grey’s why because as I said before those are like my go to colours.
The pinkish/nude could come in handy as a highlight under the eyebrow if I think I have a bit too much darkness going on. The white hmm I think I may stay away from unless I use it in my caruncula (the corner pink bit of my eyes) to brighten up my eyes. The matte black looks nice and pigmented but a little too dark for my purplish dark toned under eyes, whereas the glitter in the black I use helps brighten it up and make it look less scary.

Getting down to it, would I buy these two palette’s again? Yes I would, I love the colours they could work great together if I had the confidence. I like the size and weightless feel to them.

Exploring Bath (UK)

As you probably know well by now if you are a beloved follower of my blog/ Youtube that I live in South Wales (UK).
So I very rarely go visiting past the seven bridge, but I went to bath on a coach trip for a day to go see the shops. Of course we took our trusty camera with us for sight seeing, photography and vlogging (I didn't get very far with vlogging as I became very shy!).
The coach was only suppose to take two hours at the most, four hours later we ended up forcefully squeezing into a space as turns out there was also a bath university tour day going on. Typical!
Bath is quite picturesque, not as I expected after listening to many peoples high views on Bath I thought it could do with a good lick of paint if i'm honest.
Yes I know before you harp on that, that is the beauty of bath but some of the places looked no better than what we would scowl upon back at home and ignore that street. (what a snob do I sound like hey!)

There was plant of high street shops and big top end shops that I have never seen with my own eyes before. As Cardiff unfortunately does not accommodate these but the shops were all very very small!. There was a Primark (of course I had to browse and buy in there, did you expect any different?) it was significantly smaller than the Primark I am use to but there was some new items in there that I had not seen in the bigger one so whoop for them!.

The cafe's were cute and quaint and I absolutely fell in love with a Little Alice in wonderland themed cafe. It really was no bigger than the office I am sat in right now. As it compromised of one large 6 seat rectangle table and one round 2 seat with a counter and small kitchen. I was gutted I couldn't even fit a mouse in there let alone me to have a peak in. There was two cute deck of cards and alice themed metal tables and chairs but it was far too cold to just sit on and have a cuppa. Never mind the risk of the table being knocked over by a passer by.

I loved the quaint canal that was probably by far my favourite sight seeing spot and I don’t know it just looked so calm compared to right next door was a bustling busy shopping area.
I could only take photos from inside the bus as we were suppose to be on our way home yet there we were stuck in yet another traffic jam. Every part of me wanted to get out and find a little dog to walk along the canal with.
Curtis didn’t particularly enjoy the shopping or even the sights, so I doubt we would both be visiting again together anytime soon.

I did find a small little park area with a huge tree in the middle and benches where we relaxed too for a few minutes in the shade. Curtis also took a few Outfit shots for me at the rustic fence.

We also found the christmas shop "25th December". It looked so pretty and christmassy, it also had a cart and horse outside which naturally, I took a picture of and took to show my mum as she loves those kind of things and was hoping one day to put our horse Onyx back to carting. But she’s getting on a bit now for that so we may have to break Jack in and teach him but thats another story. Look how lovely the cart looks I can imagine riding along in that, in a big fluffy coat red velvet dress and boots feeling all christmassy with pretty lights everywhere and a bit of chill in the air.

Oh yeah and I can't forget to mention the very pretty park green, My mum did tell me there was a park where, when she went the bushes were shaped in Winnie the pooh theme. This time they were Flowers, butterflies and a very cute bee.
The canal streamed out bigger to the left of the park and on the other side of the canal was a football match that was jam packed.

Have you ever been to bath? How did you find? Do you have a blog post about Bath that you could share?
