Getting Creative in the office; DIY Friends in a plant pot

My creative ten minutes in work today. (yes I am very busy most of the time haha.)
I felt on wednesday that my desk needed some flowers to brighten it up. So I went to asda grocery shopping and spotted this one for £2.50.
Trick: when buying plants potted or not go for ones with the most buds closed even if dont look very pretty at the moment because they will open up, look gorgeous and last longer. Trust me!
My colleague gave me a small pot that was spare (she uses painted pots for pens or such).
The plant fitted in snugly and was a good topic brought up for two days, then me being creative me I felt the need to add a creature in the middle of the roses.
A rabbit came instantly to mind so I used my creative skills and made my first creature.
The guy that works across the desk from me was impressed saying I should make a wonderland in there, I agreed as I was thinking the same and so the fox was created.
(The fox and rabbit is at peace not about to be dinner just for those of you worried)
Carrying on reading to see my step by step simple creativity.

Step 1:
Draw your little creature outline or any design you want really on a piece of scrap paper or anything really!
(use the internet for templates if you need a little help drawing)

Step 2:
Add detail to your design

Step 3:
Cut out your design as carefully as you can (The easier the shaped drawing is, the easier will be to cut)

Step 4:
I broke a paperclip into pieces by twisting it around a scissor. But you could use a hair pin and bend it to form a 'V' shape or a pin anything that is sturdy and small enough to hide.

Step 5:
Sellotape your make shift stand to your design
(cut the sellotape as tiny as you can but enough to tape)

Step 6:
And so your little creation is ready to place in your flower pot!

Have Fun
