Gorgeously cheap and good Highstreet Beauty Buys

It's only a small haul of beauty things, but in my defence I did buy this all in one week!
Everything I bought is from Superdrug, Asda and poundland.
Trust me they all work and are really worth the search for them.
Starting off lets start with the first things I bought, these two magic wonders are for the 'younger generation' skin. They help reduce redness and uneven skin tone. So far they have worked wonders on me
I use these daily in my routine, once I have wiped my face of all traces I either place some of the Cleanser (the smaller bottle) on a cotton pad or just lightly dab it on my face with my finger tips in small circle motions. This is usually just before bed.
I wake up and use the moisturiser as a matt base, together they have worked well, I always have a slightly red chin as that is where my break-outs usually occur. I started to develop red cheeks and not the nice kind of blush red either and these products seem to have lowered the redness to a quite healthy looking glow.
Asda 99p Each!!!! How can you go wrong?
Sponges, these were actually bought for my little sister. Well a packet of them was from poundland, she does not own any make-up brushes and I am fed up of her foundation barely rubbed in never mind the orange lines she has. Brushes can be expensive so I remembered seeing a pack of 30 in poundland so I bought some for her and took three out to use as a light dabbing tool for my concealer.
I was not after this at all, but I couldn't resist only £2 in the M.U.A collection in Superdrug.
It is a cream based big stick eyeshadow tint, many colours are available but I chose the nude colour with a light shimmer as I mostly use nude items (minus my lipstick!!).
To be honest it does not seem to do much for me, it blends in too well with my skin tone but I use it as a great base now to build up bigger colour.
I have already used a previous M.U.A lipstick right down so for a £1 I browsed again and come across this white limited edition. It reminds me of a dark plum colour that has a slightly naughty side to it. I expected it to be smooth and slippery like the previous but it has quite a thick texture to it if you know what I mean?. It sits there for a good few hours and does not easily rub off like the other one. So far I love this one as you have to build up the colour to get the exact colour on the swatch but that works great for me as I can go for a subtle look on work days or build it up for those days I want people to notice my Lips.
I have had a white kohl pencil on my 'To buy' list for ages, I have seen many girls use it on their lower lash line to make them appear more big eyed or awake. I went in Superdrug not very confident that one would actually be in stock (as the Superdrug's by me either get sold out very quickly or poorly stocked all the time). I actually found one!, it did not have a barcode on it though as I found out at the till so it may have been a tester but it did not look used so I just sharpened it and used the nib on my hand for a while just to make sure!.
So far it works. I would not say it stays for a long time like some other higher branded products but it works for a £1.
I have had a full fringe since I can remember and everyone says they always need so much care and time but I never found that mine did till now.
Now my fringe has decided to part in the middle often, once cut it seems to have developed a liking to the right side of my head creating this stupid curve towards the right.
I watched 'Wonderful y0u' do a get ready with me video and saw she used a round brush like many other girls do to tame their fringe so I saw it time to buy one (just a cheap one) to see how I got on before I invested in a better one.
Can't complain yet!
