How to dress down your professional work outfits for a more relaxed work climate.
Sometimes
having a strict dress code of: black trousers/ skirt, polo shirt/ shirt
can make life easier because there is no faffing about all you can add
then is your own personal touch maybe in slight shoes or accessories.
But this also can be boring so having the option to wear anything as
long as presentable can be an exciting thought but when does it become a
chore?
When you wake up every morning and have a
pile of 'tried on clothes, but for some reason don't look good on you
today' on your bed?.
When going shopping for appropriate tops is more of a slave in it's self?
Well
when you have a total laid back work dress code as long as presentable
that too can be boring because you feel like you can not look 'too done
up' for the sake of feeling like a prize goat in a fair when everyone
else is in everyday clothes but then what is too little to look
unpresentable?.
I follow these few little ideas and steps let's see if they can help you too.
Skinnies that aren't jeans! such as wear tight fitted soft camel/black/grey colour trousers.
Detailed vest tops but paired with a dark blazer/ formal cardigan
A
plain tight fitted shirt could be brightened up with a statement
necklace (such as a vintage style) not one that's going to scream
'HERE I AM'.
Or if you do opt for the casual Jeans, make it look more formal with a tight fitted shirt or a detailed top and plain blazer.
